Integration Description
Creates additional entities that allow you to solve problems for which the standard CRM functionality is not sufficient, and recording data in the fields is not advisable. For example, this could be a list of contact addresses. Each contact can have many of them and they are constantly updated and supplemented. It can also be a list of properties that can be attached to a specific contact or lead. And much more.
Integration functionality
You can create several categories for an object and, accordingly, create and attach fields with types to each category as in the CRM itself. This significantly expands integration possibilities. The objects themselves can be attached to both a lead and a contact. In the settings, you can specify automatic completion of a field with the "Flag" type, to configure automatic actions, or move the lead to another stage. Categories can be hidden from employees.
Google Drive integration
When creating a field with the "File" type in the settings, we enable integration with Google Drive to store files.
Object management
Employees can be allowed or prohibited from deleting and attaching objects to entities. You can also change the standard name "Object" to the one you use in your business process. For example, apartments or addresses.
