Guru Service

We install the integration and fill in the required fields “Email” and “Phone” and click save. After installation, we check authorization. In case of problems with the integration working, we also check the authorization; if it is missing, go to the integration page and click “Install integration”.

Functionality of working time settings:
- Ability to prevent an employee from finishing the workday until he/she completes the tasks for the current day;
- Set the start and end of the working day for each employee individually;
- Ability to set the setting “Start working day only during working hours”;
- Prevent working with a lead, contact or company until the workday starts;
- If an employee is late, they can write an explanatory note or leave a comment on the reason why they did not complete the previous working day.

In the integration, you can set up 4 work schedule options:
- specify the total work time;
- work time for each employee individually;
- set up work time for groups of employees;
- set up a shift work schedule.

To set up distribution, go to setting up Kommo triggers, select the status in which we connect the integration. Then, in the modal window, enter "amoguru" and select the "Guru Service" widget.

- Leads are distributed by the number of leads and in turn.
- Distribution works taking into account working hours, i.e. leads are received by those who are currently working according to the work schedule configured in the working hours accounting.
- The person responsible also changes in the contact, company and tasks assigned to the lead and contact.
- It is also possible to assign a person responsible for a similar contact and company.

Functionality of changing the responsible person and changing the responsible person in case of a missed task. Both are integrated taking into account working hours. Changing the responsible person works independently of triggers and webhooks, allowing you to change the responsible person without delays with a 100% guarantee.

Analytics for all distributed leads. How many leads were received by the manager, how many were processed. Average interval between distribution of the lead to the employee and the first call from the employee.

The service shows the activity of managers in Kommo, which is based on completed events. Thus, we see not only the time worked, but also whether the manager worked during working hours and in what period of time.
