We install the integration and fill in the required fields “Email” and “Phone” and click save. After installation, we check authorization. In case of problems with the integration working, we also check the authorization; if it is missing, go to the integration page https://amoguru.com/widgets/view?id=1 and click “Install integration”.

Settings in triggers
After installing the integration, go to the Kommo triggers settings, select the status in which the integration should work. Next, in the modal window, enter “amoguru” and select “Distribution of leads by AMOGURU”.

1. Distribute by the number of leads;

Distribute by the number of leads
The distribution by the number of leads assumes the following logic. If we set up 1, 2, 3, then the first employee will receive 1 lead, the second 2, and the third 3. And so on in a circle.

When distributing leads in turn, all selected employees will receive one deal in a circle.
Additional settings
Integration also allows you to change the person responsible for the main contact, company, and tasks of the lead and main contact.
Control of repeat leads
Assign a manager responsible for a similar contact. Assign a manager responsible for a similar company. If the option with contact is checked, the system will look for the person responsible for the lead with the current contact and will assign the manager who works with this lead as the person responsible for the new lead. If the option with a company is checked, the system will look for the person responsible for the lead with the current company and will appoint the manager who works with this lead as responsible for the new lead.
