We install the integration and fill in the required fields “Email” and “Phone” and click save. After installation, we check authorization. Settings
In the "Settings" -> "Checklists" section of CRM, create a checklist. Enter the title and description. We determine whether it is necessary to attach a checklist to the transaction. Choose a color. Create checklist items.
Adding checklists in a digital pipeline
Let's move on to the automation section (digital pipeline). We connect our integration at the required stage. Select the required checklist from the drop-down list and save the settings. If necessary, select an additional condition if checklists do not need to be added to all leads.
Display in lead
After setting up and triggering the trigger under the configured condition, a checklist with the necessary items will be added to the lead card.
