We install the integration and fill in the required fields “Email” and “Phone” and click save. After installation, we check authorization. In case of problems with the integration working, we also check the authorization; if it is missing, go to the integration page and click “Install integration”.

The widget allows you to work with Google documents directly in the Kommo interface, open, edit, create and delete without leaving the lead card, as well as create documents using templates, using masks to substitute values ​​from Kommo fields. All documents related to a specific lead are stored directly in the lead card.

The document can be signed and stamped, but after signing the document will not be available for editing.

The document can be downloaded from the lead card in pdf or docx format, the link can be copied, the document can be sent to print or by mail.

In addition to working with documents, the widget allows you to attach files to the lead card, which will be stored on your Google Drive.

By selecting the "Display documents in lists" setting, the documents you create will be displayed in Kommo lists. This is convenient for searching and filtering them.

Setting up access rights for managers to view and manage documents. You can prohibit signature rights, hide certain documents from managers and prohibit them from performing any actions except downloading pdf.
